Having returned to New Zealand in 2021, after spending the last 21 years living overseas in the UK and the Phillipines.
Prior to leaving New Zealand, Wendy had completed 20 years service in the New Zealand Navy. During her time in London, she worked in Human Resources for different companies both in an assistant and management roles. Wendy is the welcoming face that greets each and every client and the person who ensures smooth run of the clinic. Outside work Wendy enjoys walking and listening to books on audible.
Ryan is a New Zealand trained Osteopath with 15 years of experience. He believes long-term relief from your pain and symptoms is achievable no matter what age. Treating the root cause of the injury is paramount.
Although back and neck care make up a large proportion of his patients' complaints he gains great satisfaction in treating babies and children to provide them with the best possible start in life. Some of the common problems he sees is head shape abnormalities, colic, feeding difficulties, repetitive infections and sleeping problems. Parents often bring their babies in for a check-up for peace of mind.
Ryan’s exercise of choice is currently volleyball with a dash of soccer. He has two beautiful girls who are currently loving gymnastics.
Helen is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath with a strong commitment to helping patients overcome pain and discomfort. She has a particular interest in chronic pain, lower back pain, and sports-related injuries - taking a personalised, patient-centred approach to care for optimal recovery. Her treatments incorporate a range of osteopathic techniques—from gentle to more manipulative methods—alongside tailored rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle guidance.
Helen’s inspiration to pursue osteopathy began with her grandmother’s remarkable recovery from chronic pain—an experience that highlighted the profound impact pain can have on every aspect of life. Today, Helen is dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health and live a more active, fulfilling life.
She unwinds by doing Pilates, playing badminton, or binge-watching a Netflix series in her downtime.
