Both myself and my son have been seen by Houman. My 7 year old son had issues with sore neck and shoulders due to some jammed joints at the base of his skull. In only 2 treatments and some exercises later he is doing great! Pain and discomfort are gone, His body posture is much better and he is a happy chappy again! I have a host of issues that we are dealing with, however i am making much better progress with Houman than i was with physios and chiropractors! Houman is professional and really goes out of his way to help!

Houman really helped my daughter Alyssa who was suffering from a sore neck caused by bad sleeping habits but also from carrying a heavy back pack to school each day and poor posture over her computer.
Houman made Alyssa who is 14 years old feel completely at ease and he also gave her advice on postural exercises she could do to help this happening again. I think most students would benefit from regular visits as prevention as after awhile with sports, heavy back packs and time on computers posture becomes affected. I will be keeping on top of things from now on.

Houman's gentle nature, sense of humour and unique ability to explain in 'layman terms' is the main reason why I chose Eastbay Osteo to treat my son. Houman explains the 'issues', is respectful when treating (asks for permission before treating) and then suggests exercises to prevent ongoing issues.
He engages with him on the right level and makes the entire process enjoyable. An indication of the trust my son has is that he never argues if I suggest we see Houman, and in fact, he is often the first to ask if he can go and see Houman
