ACC

ACC stands for the Accident Compensation Corporation.  They provide a comprehensive cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors to New Zealand. Therefore, everyone in New Zealand is eligible for comprehensive injury cover:

• No matter what you’re doing or where you are when you’re injured – driving, playing sport, at home, at work
• No matter how the injury happened, even if you did something yourself to contribute to it
• No matter what age you are or whether you’re working – you might be retired, a child, on a benefit or studying

All of our osteopaths are registered with ACC. This means NO GP referral is required to register a claim. The ACC offers partial cover for the price of your treatment when an injury is suffered due to an accident, whether at home, work or on the sports field. With ACC cover your treatment cost at Eastbay Osteo will be subsidised; please see the price list above.

Soutehern Cross Easy-claim

Eastbay Osteo provides Easy-claim service to Southern Cross members. 

• Easy-claim partners provide a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible day-to-day healthcare services at the time of purchase
• Just show your Member card (it's on the app) or mention your number and we will do the rest. If your plan covers the product or service, Southern Cross will reimburse us directly and you will only pay any remaining contribution you are responsible for

Cancellation Policy 

​Please be aware that we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged and could mean that others, who are in acute pain and require urgent care, cannot be seen promptly.
